Ulanzi Smartclock and Support are Lacking
Have the Ulanzi Smartclock, and while firmware exists to tweak the clock, I wanted stock capability. I wrote support asking if there was a way to dim the clock past the "lowest" 10% setting. I also asked if there was a way to change the color of the clock's font. And finally, why after two years can I only select weather from somewhere in China? Support wrote a nonsensical response instructing me how to get to clock.local. I already know how to do that, and that doesn't help my issue. Needless to say, unless you want to re-flash with AWTRIX, stay away.
