I’m thrilled with the purchase
I’m thrilled with the purchase . I’m using it for my iPhone 18 pro max . Setup was cake. The quality of the tripod is the best i have used . The ability to adjust the different angles on the fly is great . I have use others where I felt like I need a masters degree in geometry to get all the angles and this has been simple to use straight out the box! Even the blue tooth remote connected quickly!

I wanted to write a review on my first time experience with ulanzi. At first I was a bit disappointed because i had placed an order for a fog machine and it didn’t state anywhere that it was on back order but when i reached out to the company to ask about what was the hold up, they cleared things up and let me know what was happening, gave me an estimated time frame of when they would be receiving their shipment and when they did, they even let me know right away and that mine was being sent out. With a courtesy fog liquid to go with my machine. They were helpful and transparent, for that i am grateful and happy with my experience. Will definetly buy from then again 🙌🏽

I bought an item almost a year ago and recently my son broke the tripod . I reached out Ulanzi customer service and quickly without any questions, Ulanzi replaced me with a new one and had it shipped in the next business day. Im so happy, definitely a must buy and continuing business in the future.

Ulanzi light caught fire and caused burns — disappointing customer support
My Ulanzi light suddenly caught fire while I was using it at my workstation. It started smoking and hissing, and I suffered burns while trying to carry it outside to prevent further damage. I contacted Ulanzi to report this dangerous incident and simply asked about purchasing new lights. However, because I originally bought the product from a local retailer rather than their official website, they refused to offer any assistance beyond suggesting I contact the original store. Maybe their policy is technically correct, but I believe potential customers deserve to know how such incidents are handled. I wasn't offered any compensation or even a small discount. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the safety risks involved. Hello EveryBody, I contacted Ulanzi because I wasn’t sure how to remove a part from my C078 Super Clamp Magic Arm Kit. There was a misunderstanding in the emails, and while trying to remove it, I accidentally damaged the screw/ball joint. I sent them a video and honestly expected them to say that since I had damaged it myself, there was nothing they could do. I would have completely understood that. Instead, they asked for my address and arranged a replacement. I thought they would just send the damaged part, but to my surprise they sent me a complete new unit, which arrived very quickly. I’m genuinely very grateful for how they handled this. They could easily have said, “You damaged it, sorry,” and that would have been the end of it. Unfortunately, that’s probably what I would expect from many other sellers. Instead, they actually tried to help me and solved the problem without making things difficult. Thank you to Eyre and the Ulanzi customer service team. I really appreciate the help. More sellers could learn from this kind of customer service.

I would be very cautious before buying from Ulanzi. The biggest concern is not just customer service; there are documented issues around product compliance, warranty coverage and after-sales support. Ulanzi (Falcam) Tree Root tripod and head
This is a fine product, especially for using the Benro Polaris as it holds it very securely. I couldn't turn the damping adjustment knob when I got it and when I turned it with pliers it bent a bit. I'm not sure if it was my fault or not but they quickly offered to send out a new screw. I really appreciate good customer care these days.

Ulanzi creates many products with productivity in mind, focusing on ease of access and use. I have purchased several gadgets that have improved our workflow and effectiveness. Recently, I ordered stands for both our local workdays and travel. Additionally, I got microphones with a dual tone feature for the bride and groom, and the sound quality was fantastic. The setup was easy with the Ulanzi photo stands, which also have a MagSafe feature. Overall, these are GREAT PRODUCTS!
Flagrant false advertising
Had two different issues with this company from which I will never purchase anything else. 1) Ordered a mystery blind box (17.99 cost) which was stated could contain accesories valued up to 120€. Before ordering I checked online reviews and unboxing videos where everybody received several items coming close to the advertised max price. My experience was however very different. The product I received was actually cheaper than those 17.99 so I basically overpaid for it. I contacted them and they told me that it was a blind box with random accesories and that there was nothing that could be done. 2) After being scammed with the blind box I decide to return and order I had received at the same time from them taking advantage of 30-day free return period that they claim in their page. Be warned, this 30-day return window will not cover shipping costs unless the product is faulty. Altogether, basically I will never purchase any product from this company and I would recommend anybody to steer away as much as possible from them.

Product received but remote was lost, contacted the company but they didn’t care. Pushed me from one business to another which was strange. They made excuses and now nothing has been solved and I’m without a remote. Very poor customer service. Edit ; not received any email or communication so I don’t know what to say about this apart from I’ve sent 7 emails and no response yet here you are saying you have. It’s the second time buying from…
It’s the second time buying from Ulanzi. Great quality and products. I bought 2 products the Ulanzi TT88 4-in-1 Mode MagSafe Overhead Selfie Stick T111 and the Ulanzi camera Accessories blind box. A little disappointed with the blind box because I received another small tripod/ stick for a camera that I don’t need. Anyway overall great products. I do recommend. I won’t buy the blind box again.
