The Ulanzi MT85 Automatic Pop-Up Phone…
The Ulanzi MT85 Automatic Pop-Up Phone Tripod (Magsafe) is a very well designed tripod(quad pod, actually). It for the most part is durable, my only concern being use of it when fully extended. At fully extension with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, the pole is not particularly rivid and would be unsteady in a slight breeze. But, it will support the phone and is not likely to fall over. The MagSafe mount is strong and I have no concerns about the phone dropping off. The included Bluetooth shutter control is ingeniously stored on the tripod making it handy for times when I might not have my Apple Watch available to snap photos. Overall I’m very happy with the tripod.

I was happy that you developed the new F38 Quick Release Top Plate V2. I had trouble with the camera spinning particularly with telephoto lenses. The new attachment screw is much better too. Keep up the good work.
Worst customer service
Bought a tripod, it worked pretty nicely until it broke in the middle of a photography trip. Wrote to the customer service 3 weeks ago, no replies. But they are very good at keeping sending discount emails. Be aware. I'll change my review if I get a reply. I tried contacting them on all social media, no reply either.

4 Stars for Foreign Transaction Fees
What marked you down from a 5 star rating is that I had an additional $6.26 added due to this having been a Chinese transaction. The Tripod I bought, I was happy to pay for and was shipped from within the USA. Ulanzi should really tell people the transaction is going to be made in China and that additional fees may apply. I would have bought this from Amazon vs the Website had I known this. I also have an $11.17 credit on the website but I doubt I'll be using it as the additional transaction fees kinda irked me. The Tripod is very nice and of good quality.

The purchase took two weeks to come to France, maybe I can see a lack of information when my product was about to be delivered. But it came home safely so I'm happy.

Great product with great support! Having purchased several Ulanzi products, when one had an issue after much use, the support team spent appropriate time to fully-understand my issue and made it right by replacing my unit. Not all items need replacing but if something goes wrong, it is nice to know Ulanzi supports their customers too! Quick responses, thorough process and speedy delivery of a replacement. All in all, a great experience.

My hiking tripod arrived and I found it to be exactly as advertised. Build quality appears to be very good, and the hiking tripod works as advertised. I am looking forward to field testing it, but as far as I can tell so far it is exactly as advertised. It is very lightweight and compact.

This is BY FAR the best tripod I’ve ever used. I had their previous model and it was great but this new one is SO MUCH better! It gives way more angles, has 4 legs so your video is less shaky and the magnet is CRAZY strong (on BOTH SIDES!)… I use it so much the head snapped off and they immediately sent me a new one. Their customer service is as good as the product (hard to find both these days)… GET ONE! You DEF won’t regret it!!
