Damit ist das Set praktisch unbrauchbar. Mehrfaches Ein- und Ausschalten, Laden und erneutes Verbinden brachte keine Abhilfe. Besonders enttäuschend: Die Anleitung ist unübersichtlich nur in Chinesisch und bietet für dieses Problem keine brauchbare Lösung. Laut Produktbeschreibung sollte die Verbindung automatisch funktionieren – genau das tut sie bei mir nicht. Amazon kennzeichnete den Artikel zum Zeitpunkt meines Kaufs zudem als „häufig zurückgesendeten Artikel“, was ich übersehen hatte. Nach meiner Erfahrung überrascht mich das leider nicht. According to the product description, the connection is supposed to happen automatically—but that is precisely what does not happen in my case. At the time of purchase, Amazon had also flagged the item as a "frequently returned item," a detail I had overlooked. Unfortunately, given my experience, this came as no surprise. Very disappointing quality coupled with very poor customer service. I would not buy this product again and cannot recommend it.

I received their MagSafe Light, and after I opened and tried to close it; there was a gap; so I couldn’t close it back all the way. As I was trying to close the gap, the hinge snapped in the middle. I emailed them for a solution and they sent me another one within a few days. I have now bought two more Ulanzi products because of this amazing customer service. The gooseneck light and the magnetic stand. Now when I see Ulanzi, not only are their products smartly designed but if there’s an issue, they will move fast to find a solution for you.
The products are amazing, been using the base for the quick release, mics AM18 and some lamps. Just great, for my daily/hiking use. Their support is amazing! Answered me in a couple of hours, and it was more than useful and fast! Thanks for them and products!
MA38 - Black ...not black Probably the most annoying thing about ordering something labelled as black...it shows up as space grey. The MA30 - now THAT was actually black. Do better guys. Just either make it black or call it what it really is. Not Black.

I bought their new magnetic stand and it phenomenonal. I also bought 2 magnetic phone lights and they are perfect as well. But the best thing about them is their very quick response times when talking to them and their amaizngly professional and helpful customer service
One item of my order didn’t work properly, i wrote to the customer service of Ulanzi about this. They replied almost immediately. Of course, I had to send them a video. After that, they gave me advice on how to fix the issue. I tried it, but unfortunately, it didn't work. So, that same day, they sent me a replacement for the item. They work quickly, professionally, and courteously.

I wanted some replacement loops for my falcon backpack clip V2. I went online and did an online chat and they directed me to what I needed and then emailed me a link. I ordered it and it arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. The customer service was incredible. The falcon backpack clip is wonderful, probably the best I’ve ever used.

I had a clamp break on my camera mount while mounting my camera to the Bike, Ulanzi's customer support was wonderful in taking care of me and getting a replacement mount shipped out. Ulanzi's customer support has always taken care of any issues that i have had and I use several of their products from the wonderful camera backpacks to all the accessories from the action cameras to all your film creating needs.
