I’ve bought many products from Ulanzi and I’ve always been a happy customer. I started out using (and eventually loving) their quick release system lineup and then soon after realized many of their other products had made their way into my little YouTube studio.
And even when acouole of the products that I’d bought ended up being defective or didnt meet my expectations, their customer service was always very helpful in finding a replacement/ solution to my problem. I’ve been a happy customer and will continue to be a happy customer with Ulanzi for a long time
ulanzi u-mic am18 are equipped with an internal memory with extremely slow speed, I used usb 3.2, so we can't blame the cable or the usb from the laptop. I emailed the Ulanzi people dozens of times, but they don't know how to answer. I thought there might be a solution to replace that memory

I bought a backpack for a special occasion because they said on the website it would be shipped on February 8. Today, February 21 they answered my email that it is a pre-order and is expected to be shipped on February 29. (The date on the website changed to February 26, all lies).

I thought the order would never arrive, but it finally arrived.
I placed the order at the beginning of December 2023. I received the product 2 months later. At no time is the delivery time indicated on the website. Everything has arrived well and the quality is impeccable. I even made a mistake on the address and customer service made the change, however it was not showing up on my dashboard. Quality 10/10 Convenience to manage orders 1/10.
Bought their carbon tripod. It didn't even arrive before the spam mail started. And it never stopped. Nothing helps. Unsubscribing? They don't care. Message them directly? You sweet summer child! Email them and tell them you want you account and all your data deleted? They just laugh at you. Consumer rights? Not with Ulanzi. Will never buy again from them and if you value your rights, data or privacy, you shouldn't either. Horrible company.

This tripod has a 1/4" screw base which is worthless for most cameras. It is over priced. Now the company refuses to send a refund after the product was returned with an RA from service department.
I suspect so many positive reviews on YouTube are subsidized.

Great products and I own quite a few. These include 17mm lenses for mobile phones. I was looking to get a phone case for my iPhone SE with a 17mm thread for the lenses. Very disappointed with their customer service when I asked if they had a case I was told they didn’t even though I found one eventually on line but Ulanzi direct were no help at all. They are a company unwilling to help.
Don't want to give any stars. Thank God my purchase was only $20. I understand nothing is being shipped from China to USPS but that ban was established on Feb. 10. I purchased my product on Feb 26 and yes they took my money and gave me a shipping email and tracking number. They should have let me know that no product is being shipped from China to US. When I go to track it of course it states USPS is waiting for package to be delivered to them. Most likely not going to happen. No one from company replying to my emails for answers or to my questions about a refund.

Don't buy anything from this company. I purchased a camera cage for a sony rx100 vii for 44 dollars.
The package was never delivered. It was supposed to be delivered to FedEx and then to USPS. Supposedly it was supposed to be delivered to gel logistic wish. The package never arrived to fedex to ship. I called gel logistics wish and no one answered the phone. The company is a scam DON'T BUY ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.!!!!
