Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding Customer Service! Eyre is a star - 5 Stars I'm a professional photographer and videographer from Navarra, Spain and I needed the spare Quick-Release Plate T077GBB1-PJ01 for my Ulanzi MT-78 tripod. I made a mistake in my order ULANZI200049 and ordered the wrong plate. Eyre from Customer Service noticed it herself, contacted me immediately and manually changed my order to the correct part without me having to ask. Super fast, very professional and kind. The package is already in transit (UL607757269YP). This is why I always trust Ulanzi. Excellent products and even better support. 100% recommended! Juan Carlos García @juankar_fotografo_oficial
