Been using yilite hair for some years now, my last order i ordered the wrong shade. Spoke to customer services who arranged for me to return the hair. We spoke along the way; confirmed they had recieved the hair and arranged for the replacement in right shade with tracking number and sent me an extra packet as a thankyou for my years of loyalty! Thanks again for your great hair and customer service 🥰
