I would not use this company ever and advise everyone they are disrespectful. Told me delivered - lied. The recipient had to arrange delivery with local supplier because the local supplier forgot. Had 3 weeks advance order! When delivered I paidf for a vase. Vase delivered was dirty and secondhand. Sent pictures response was 'we know, dont have to show us' - disgusting! I got refund which is only right because credit card would have given me anywa. A special day was ruined and upsets caused.
