Wanting a fair response
I've used the program for a long time and love it and the support. However, I recently tried to install it on a different computer. I've had unbelievable experiences with responses which don't make sense which feel like retaliation for me challenging what they said. How do I get to have the exchanges reviewed and done helpfully?
