entices customers for review, terrible service
I was told to leave a 5 star review in exchange for more entries in their contest........ Aside from this I have bought 3 umidigi products one of them being a phone. This phone had a bad part, I contacted support and other than taking 3-7 days to respond to me each time all they did was dismiss my claim and say it was my fault. I even asked them just to send me the part, they said they didn't sell it and told me to go buy their cable - which they expected me to pay for. Overall terrible service, cheap products, low quality stay away.
