Brought an umidigi x phone off ebay in december 2019 brand new. First couple of months phone was fine had no issues, then all of sudden it froze so i did a reset ( hold down power button and volume down button together. The phone burst into life then screen went black and some chinese writing appeared on the screen and then it went dead. It now just displays the power light when plugged into mains. I notified the seller who asked me to take a video of phone to prove it was still in good condition and hadnt got any signs of neglect. After i had sent video of phone i heard nothing again from seller so rang up ebay who advised me to claim via paypal which i did. They gave seller 25 days to respond which they didnt so i got my money back and kept the dead phone. The phone when working was great but be warned if you have any faults with umidigi phones the after sales service is shocking bear this in mind before buying this brand of phone.
