CUSTOMER SERVICES (Sean K) - BRILLIANT! Had an issue with a 4.0ah battery that I believe was actually my fault. Customer service had it collected, repaired and returned within 4 days; all at there own cost! I then asked where to buy a replacement serviceable part, he instantly put one in the post for me completely FOC. . So, amazing service offered by Sean in Customer services for worx. . I will be buying Worx tools only from now on just based on the service received from Sean! Pat on back, thank you. Ps. . My landroid mower is the nuts!
