Great product, great team!
When I placed my order for my new desk (the E7 legs and desktop), I was pretty excited! There was some initial confusion and glitches with my order invoice...sent an email and got a quick and helpful respionse! Great customer service goes a long way for me! Yesdterday, I finally had the time to build the desk! The process was smooth enough, but confusing at times. There were a few differenceds between the product I bought, the directions given in the box, and the videos posted by FlexiSpot on their official YouTube channels (US and UK). My guess is that this is caused by the modularity of the desks and the evolution of it's design over time. Ultimately, assembly took a little longer than I had initially planned. However, with some intuition, I was able to put it together. Now that its built and set up with my computers, I cannot stop looking at it or playing with the sit/stand function. I have two 32" monitors mounted with a desk clamp arm. My old desk wobbled slightly under the weight, but not here! The quality of the parts shines through it's funtion and form. And my wife loves it! Ultimately, The product is quality, looks great, and the company's customer service team was helpful when a problem came up. I have no problem reccomending this product, or any product, from this company.
