WARNING - False promises and delays!
I purchased the BP-10 backpack from their website and after waiting weeks and weeks with no update, I enquired about the item (where is it?). They told me that they actually sold it to me before there was stock available (no mention of this on their site), and I would have to wait a couple of weeks until it was available again. So I waited, then they told me there was a supply issue and I'd need to wait 3 more weeks. So I waited. Then after all of that, months of waiting, they told me that the shipment was lost and they won't be able to send me the backpack at all. No offer for compensation, no offer of a discount on my next order, just "Sorry about that". Be very careful with companies like this - they will just lie and make up false statements to take your money.
