Stellar customer service
The shoes I ordered and received did not fit well and had a strong chemical order, when I reached out to customer service, they responded immediately. They were friendly and helpful and they offered to send me a different pair of shoes. I was pleased with the level of service they provided and hope the replacement shoes work out better for me.
