Terrible/non existent return process
My second order with RIHOAS and I needed to return the dresses I purchased as they don’t quite fit comfortably. Return process is a pain. I’ve emailed to request a return and have received no response so far. I had this the first time I ordered also so just ended up re selling on Vinted. UPDATE: Finally got a response and they have offered me a partial refund, or I can pay myself to send the dresses tracked delivery to America? They didn’t even ship from America! They clearly make it very hard to return things so people don’t bother. Not sure how legal this is with UK selling laws but he ho.
