Courteous, fast and take security seriously
I recently needed assistance to recover my account access (I had previously missed a character from my email address as it turns out). A number of support staff were involved in helping me - all promptly and with great courtesy. I was very pleased to note that UK2 take security seriously; they took detailed steps to make sure I was the legitimate account holder / domain owner.
