Customer service is very bad
I installed a 5000-TL X and the inverter works well, but the datalogger is broken and I have been emailing their customer service like 15 times and no luck for me to get a working one. For the price and 2 days of working experience the inverter seems to be OK, but their customer service just does not want to help you. Ne aware of that.
