I would give a zero if I could. We had a TV install through COSTCO scheduled for today. The personal that arrived would not tell us his name. He explained that it is his wife registered professional but she sends him to do the work. His was rude and unprofessional. Asked rudely “ where is my help, this is a two man job”. And proceeded to tell us “call COSTCO and see where my help is”. He would not start any work like installing audio mounts and kept complaining about Angie. I told him he can start work or get his problem worked by himself. He darted out and cancelled the appointment. No one called us to discuss why. I would caution to ensure the person who shows up is the professional registered with Angie and not an imposter.
