I trusted them but I will never come back
I bought a Xiaomi Mi Air laptop 13.3 from this seller in feb 2019. It suddenly stopped working after little more than 1 year in may 2020. I asked for warranty and support to the seller since Xiaomi cannot provide assistance because this product is not officially in EU market. After several time and discussions theri response was that the warranty period was over and I would get nothing in return for my problem, not full nor partial reimboursement, no technical assistance to try to understand the problem, NOTHING. Honestly after 1 year from a 800E purchause I would expect more than a "sorry, it's not our problem now". UPDATE: after writing this bad (BUT TRUE) review they were somehow more willing to find a solution, they offered me a 50E product to close the dispute and a reimboursement for my loss. But as you can imagine a 50E product is not at all enough to be satisfied for a 800E loss (the laptop is still unusable and no pc center wants to take the repair becuse they are not confident enough since they don't know the model. UPDATE 2: the intention to reimbourse me somehow with a product is good and I appreciate it, but 50E product for a 800E one i really not enough. So I sent them a proposal to raise their offer to repair my loss. In case they accept I can consider myself "satisfied"even if it will not cover the 800E loss. Still waiting for their answer to my offer but as said comunication with them is slow. I will update this review step by step to keep it updated.
