Amazing customer service.
At first I was a little upset because my payment was processed but it didn't go through and my card wasn't activated. I called and talked to a gentleman. I feel so bad I don't remember his name but he was so very helpful, nice, and he spoke clearly and I could understand him. He was fast, he was efficient, and got my card activated and going. I was very appreciative of him. He did an outstanding job. I just wish I could remember his name. So I could call him out specifically for being such an amazing person.
