not easy to get a refund from shopee
i had justified reason for a refund n return the item , shopee link me to the seller. refund n return was agreed, but they made it so much hassle and confusing for me to sent back the item , that i gave up i was willing to forgo that amount of money. my question is if shopee n the seller are sincere, why the hassel, get your courier service to collect the item. i will be wary to buy from shopee again. the so call grauntee is a question.
