I signed in to try at £1.99 Then 6 days later £39.99 went from my account I never signed anything to start a monthly payment and never would have done As a pensioner with limited money this is a lot of money to loss I did email them and they said they would not repay my money I have googled this and everyone is entitled 14 days at least to change your mind if you sign and agreement They then said that they sent me an email about the £39.99 payment They never sent me anything This is a mean way to run a business it is virtual scamming people Just work it out If everyone thinks they have just paid £1.99 then £39.99 comes out of there account 6 days later Yes they can then phone their bank and stopped them paying out anymore money but just think how much they are conning people out off If you have a good reliable business would you need to do this??? I am absolutely disgusted with this company God help anyone starting to use it BEWARE!!!!I am updating my review today as I have received emails from the company again and they still don’t see that the way they treat people is wrong So many people on Trust Pilot have all said the same thing about this company However they still don’t think they are wording things wrongly and confusing people into parting with their money They obviously have no morals at all Still while they are getting people to part with at least £39.99 before they realise the money has gone out of there account they will continue Well I have lost my money so will definitely have to try to cut back this month if possible But a company like this obviously do don’t care at all Please please read carefully before you deal with them !!!!
