I repeatedly requested to cancel my order. They simply ignored my requests. It took 13 days to receive the order, so I know they could have canceled it. The sizes are not true to fitting my dog. RUN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you need any customer service, they will IGNORE YOU.
