I repeatedly requested to cancel my order. They simply ignored my requests. It took 13 days to receive the order, so I know they could have canceled it. The sizes are not true to fitting my dog. RUN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you need any customer service, they will IGNORE YOU.
The dog harnesses on the website are the best ones around for larger, senior dogs who have trouble with their hind legs. The team at Crawlpaw, and Robin specifically, were wonderful to deal with. Their response time to my inquiry was immediate, and they made every effort to assist me with my issue. Will definitely be ordering from them again, I highly recommend that you do the same!
I bought a pair of shoes for my dog from Crawlpaw. At first, they only sent me one. I contacted customer service to ask for a solution. They were very nice, apologized to me immediately, and quickly sent me another pair of shoes. I am willing to forgive them, after all, everyone makes mistakes, but they apologize for their mistakes and actively compensate. I think this is the key to forgiving them, after all, I often encounter merchants with bad attitudes, they keep deceiving me and want me to pay more money. So I will forgive Crawlpaw, and hope that everyone will not be deceived. If you need it, you can buy it from Crawlapw.
