Best advice I can give is don’t buy from this company, it’s a scam. They take your money and send you a tracking link but don’t actually send the courier the item. Getting any help from their “customer service” is ridiculous. They block the chat function and you can only send emails which you wait 24 hours to receive an automated one line response which is anything but helpful.
