The other day one of your nicest employees called just a friendly reminder to let you know your payment is coming up which I really appreciate a lot especially sometimes you can forget especially when you get old Well I was having a really bad day until your employee called just to let me know and she stayed on the phone and talked to me after she let me know and she was one of the friendliest customer service employees I have talked to in along time let’s just say she put a BIG SMILE ON MY FACE THAT DAY I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR SUCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE KUDOS TO THIS AWESOME BANK WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE LADY I TALKED TOO I JUST WANT HER TO KNOW HER KINDNESS WENT ALONG WAY WITH ME. A GREAT BANK TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
