Wasteful service with NO notifications
I want to like this business so much, but the lack of notifications makes for a terrible customer experience! When I first started using the service, I would rave to people about how convenient it is. I even specifically shared my experience with text message reminders, so I never had an unwanted box arrive. In the past few months, I have now had at least 3 boxes arrive unexpectedly, with no advance notification. No text, no email, nothing. I even specifically subscribed to text messages again after my last unwanted box, even though I never unsubscribed in the first place. Now I am again stuck with wasted food because we are traveling. And it seems to take forever to get someone to reply. Great idea, great recipes and products, VERY scammy / POOR customer experience. Proceed at your own risk.
