Two of spools so far have been tangled…
Two of spools so far have been tangled bad. I am at about 50 percent of what I buy needing to be untied. Last time, it was so bad I had to throw out the entire spool since I had To unwind it so much to get to tangle and couldn't put it back on. The spools keep throwing errors on my prints, Four so far on one spool. Never hear back from bambulabs either. I was hoping for a credit or something but nothing.
