Hi, first of all i did not expect this kind of behavior from the Grossoshop team. I did buy a lot from them and i was always happy with my purchases.. but with the last one is different. About 4 month ago i bought an Iphone X 256GB Space Gray refurbished: it did arrive and It was perfect at first sight.. but after 1 month of use the touch screen became unresponsive and sometimes unusable..That said i contacted Grossohop immediatly MULTIPLE times but they NEVER answered me back! Im trying to obtain a reply on what i can do about my problem every day but NOTHING! They are just IGNORING ME! I even tried to log in with my account just to find out IT DOESNT EXITS (they removed my account for sure..). If even here i dont get a reply to my problem im not gonna buy anything from them anymore and none of u should do it as well. p.s: order n. #29936
