"30 day money back guarantee" It's been 2 years and I still haven't gotten it back after their program failed to do what it is supposed to. I just wanted my money back as I paid a lot of money for absolutely nothing. They asked for additional information, I provided that. Then they asked for more information. I provided more. Then they made me an appointment to talk to someone who was going to do everything I did again and if I didn't want to waste my time on that I wouldn't get my money back. I mean, man I don't want to spend hours of my holiday communicating back and forth. Everytime they promise me "You will get your money back after this" and then coming with additional stuff I have to do. Their entire customer service is pissing people off to the point they don't even want their money back anymore because it's just too much effort.
