As someone who rarely flies I found the process of booking flights ludicrously complicated. The cost of the flight double due to hidden add-ons I added the bookings to the Easy Jet App and obtained boarding passes but when I went to check the passes had disappeared. They have to be re-added each time because "I wasn't the person who booked the tickets"
