ORDER Processing Tooooo Slowwww
Dear Baohero purchasing, I have been following up our order # 12160 and 12162 for weeks but nobody is giving us a commitment. Order started April. Its more than a month now. 1. You received all parts since May 18 and you even mentioned to send the invoice ASAP but we have not received until today. 2. total weight is more than 30kg and need to divide which I approved and your purchasing also acknowledged. That was May 21. What we need now is the final billing so we can process the payment and you can also ship the parts. Please understand that we also have customers waiting for those parts and any further delays means additional loses in our company. Thank you and hoping for your immediate and prompt action.
