Have been a customer of Lovepop Cards for over 10 years. Have never had an issue until my last purchase. Bought a light up card for my daughter's birthday. Very quick shipment arrived in just a few days. Issue was, it did not light up as designed. Contacted Lovepop to try and remedy the situation quickly. They exceeded all expectations. Way above what anyone could possibly expect. Sent a replacement, two-day shipping and offered a 20% discount one my next purchase. The 20% discount was in addition to discounted purchases etc. Very much impressed with the friendly and professional service. Quality products, with awesome service. Not many businesses operation like that in todays world.
