Refund given finally
I need to give a more positive update on this company which, after my many requests/threats and final report to my bank, did indeed refund in full my money!!! Reputable business practices, committed customer service, true honesty, and a timely resolution should not have been forced given all the time and efforts taken to get my refund. Beware just the same...
