Purchased e bike through DH GATE
Purchased e bikes through DH GATE, seller sent us a tracking number, we tracked the package to Vancouver Canada, finally left customs on it's way to Claresholm, AB, we said WHAAAAT, we live 450KM north of that little town of 2000 people, contacted DHGATE and were advised to wait until it is delivered, we contacted the post office in that town and spoke to a nice lady on the phone and to her surprise whe I mentioned to her that my tracking number is for an Electric Bike, we ll, her answer was, good luck with that, the package that belongs to that tracking number is the size of a coffee mug and it's addressed to some they knew from their town !!!! Do you smell something awful !! We contacted DHGATE, their response was, package was delivered and I should file a claim with the Canadian post !!!! they also informed me that money will be sent to seller within 4 days and did I mention this, we tried to contact the seller on numerous occasions with no success, our emails and chats weren't even read " you are able to tell if they were ", again something stinks bigly as the man from the south said. DHGATE, people spend money on your site to get what they paid for and deserve to get the product and you should fight for them and NOT your scam artists you allow on your platform. Got anything to say Update, July/ 2020 DHGATE came to the plate and refunded me the money HOWEVER, they should be paying little more attention to the scammers on their platform.
