Dirty shoes received…
Ordered some samba Jane's for myself and my daughter, mine costing £80. Received and they are absolutely filthy inside. Called up immediately and asked to take pictures, then return and wait 8 days for a refund. I queried this and rep clarified 8 wds, I was concerned as not my fault and repeatedly said 'no worries' then told me to order another pair whilst waiting for my refund. I explained that's £160 down when not my fault and again 'no worries' Asked to raise a complaint about this and call back, told 24-72 hours. Asked working hours or non- told it was days on third time told working hours. Then asked to speak to a manager. None available but will call you back in 1 minute. 2 hours later no call back. Disgusting shoes and service. Do better!
