I have called 5x in 1 day my device is not working correctly bc the add caller conference calls are not working for 3 weeks i have been contacting samsung n customer service are so awfully they hang up n when they do speak they don't know nothing about fixing it I working not recommend no one to get anything threw samsung awefull staff rude n yunque didn't help nothing
