They sell low-quality chinese fakes under real brand names
They sell chinese low-quality fakes instead of the real deal. Ordered OLEV Ovefly lamp and they sent me a Chinese counterfeit, even made me wait for it for a month like for a real one an later changed the description on the site to remove the brand name and change description after I called them out for this. They are refusing to collect the item back and saying that I cannot return it if I opened the box, which I of course did – otherwise I would not have known what's inside.
