Scammed by Geeta Hair: False Advertising, low quality wigs & terrible service.
⚠️ BUYER, BEWARE – DO NOT PURCHASE WIGS FROM GEETA HAIR ⚠️ I REPEAT: DO NOT PURCHASE WIGS FROM GEETA HAIR. Do not ignore the negative reviews—they are true and legitimate. Order #GT89668. This company’s practices are fraudulent. They advertise beautiful wigs, but what you receive in the post looks nothing like the advertised product. I ordered a wig online and paid via PayPal. When it arrived, I was horrified: it was ridiculously low quality and the colour and style were completely wrong. I contacted the company the same day I received the wig. They first requested a picture, which I sent. Then, instead of honoring my return request, they offered ridiculous partial refunds: $30, then $40, then $45. I repeatedly made it clear that I did not want the wig, and I requested a return address, which they refused to provide. They kept pushing partial discounts instead. After I insisted on a full refund and escalated the issue with PAypal, they replied saying they had “verified with the factory” and that the wig “matches order specifications.” This is completely misleading—I ordered what was advertised in their photos, not a low-quality version that looks nothing like it. I should have listened to other buyers’ warnings about the scamming and fraudulent practices of Geeta Hair. Their advertising is false, their products are poor quality, and their customer service is untrustworthy. I will continue to warn as many people as possible about this despicable company. DO NOT BUY FROM GEETA HAIR. PERIOD.
