The design and approval process was well communicated and appreciated had the ability to provide comments or requests prior to them creating the piece. I only wish in the bracket I could have seen how they planned to place the charms and birthstone as I wasn't pleased with the placement of the stone. There were two charms and one birthstone (same birth month) and rather than put in between the charms they put to the side of one and then the two charms. Other than that, they shipped when they said they would and received on time. Both recipients loved them.
