My experience was good up until I was not pleased with my bracelet with the cord, the charm was great just as I wanted and had the purple cord, well weeks after the cord started to unravel. I offer to send back my charm and have it re-corded in purple again. If I handled it wrong like wearing all the times or getting it wet I would have taken in consideration but no notice was made for me to believe that. I was told I could buy a bracelet a very thin bracelet and you can look on the order to see which one I ordered and put the charm on it and that was diaster the charm was to heavy for that thin bracelet. I offered to send my charm back and have it re corded in purple and pay for it. I still would like to do that bc the cord made the charm. When I say charm I mean a round letter LRLM charm. I am sure you can go back and check out my order and let me know what to do as far as sending it back give address and I will state in the order back to you to re-corded it in purple which was what I paid for. Give me the amount to be charged and I will furnish that to complete my order. I didnt expect you to re do it for nothing which I gathered that on my last conversation with you, plus I would pay postage also. I hate having something that nice and not wear it. Thank you and hope to hear from you. My jeweler was Elisa. The date was just a guess date below, you should have copies of orders. Billie Martin Thank you.

Great gift
Got my partner and I matching jewelry- him a bracelet and myself a necklace- for our first Mother's and Father's Day as parents. Remade the design to something I liked better. Kept updating me on the progress of the pieces via email- took awhile but it was also around Father's Day so I am sure they were busy with orders as they are custom. I thought the bracelet strap would be a bit nicer- but my partner LOVES it!
Waste of $$$ horrible customer service
Took 3 tries to get a design that could be identified of what I asked for, was very specific, they just wouldn’t listen. My man’s bracelet is far too small to even get over his wrist. This company would not refund or request I return the item so they could fix it. Horrible and stuck with a bracelet unwearable. Don’t waste your $$$.

The AI assistant on the website is worthless. Its impossible to speak to a human. Googled the phone number, not in service. No reply on FB message either. i placed my order and waited days with no design to show up for approval. Who knows if i will even get anything. Will probably have to report as fraud to my credit card company now. Don't fall for it.

The design step takes a little time so plan accordingly. You are given a design to approve prior to going into production and this step and customized production will add to your delivery time, but it is certainly worth it. I ordered a bracelet with 8 initials for my son, representing each of his kids, for Father’s Day. He loves it and said it is VERY WELL made. I recommend this company if you are looking for a unique gift that won’t disappoint!
