Arrived in good time and the recipient absolutely loves it and put it straight on! Then realised the hidden names within they were even more surprised! Custom charms were so cute with the first design! Very easy ordering process and they kept me updated on order status the whole time! Charms are on the chain and not attached to the chain like pictured allowing me to move 2 charms to the same necklace. Definitely recommend.
The design and approval process was well communicated and appreciated had the ability to provide comments or requests prior to them creating the piece. I only wish in the bracket I could have seen how they planned to place the charms and birthstone as I wasn't pleased with the placement of the stone. There were two charms and one birthstone (same birth month) and rather than put in between the charms they put to the side of one and then the two charms. Other than that, they shipped when they said they would and received on time. Both recipients loved them.
Beautiful one of a kind jewellery! The process was simple and easy to follow what stage my necklace was at in the whole process. The personalised design come through for me to approve and I loved it, you are able to make changes if you wish but I was happy with the first design! I received regular updates and once my necklace was made and dispatched I received via Royal Mail the next day.
