She did very quickly and I loved it! They will not finalize any designs without your approval! My mother in law cried when I gave hers for Mother’s Day.

Got a necklace as a Mother’s Day gift. The process of submitting the letters, getting a design for review, then it being made, and finally shipped, obviously took a couple of days but I was very impressed with how fast it all moved. When my wife opened up this Mother’s Day gift she was very impressed and it was incorporated into her outfit the next day. 👍👍
