the necklace is already broken, you all took forever to ship, missed the mothers day arrival date that was promised and the clasp on the necklace doesn't keep the necklace on, it constantly falls off. Maybe if you provided nice jewelry id provide a nice survey, this has been a terrible experience all the way around.

The necklace they designed for me is so special and beautiful. I bought one for me and one for my mom for Mother’s Day with my son’s name. It’s perfect. My mom rarely wear jewelry, and she hasn’t taken this off.

They made the perfect custom sigil for my wife. When i wanted some adjustments they easily adjusted. I was afrai it wouldn't arrive on time for Mothers day, but they made it get here 1 day before despite me ordering it so late.
I had seen these charms last year but missed the order window to get it to my wife for mother's day. This year, I didn't want to miss it and got our order submitted in time. Our design has our 4 children's first initial woven into it and it turned out great! The timing was perfect on the charm and necklace.
