I honestly love everything about this company so far. I received my packages beautifully wrapped but I had ordered a size too big. Customer service got right back to me an offered a refund or exchange. My exchange was sent right out! My experience has been amazing! Great way to still enjoy dangly earrings
I ordered a bundle deal with a pair of their modular tunnels (that are designed to have regular earrings hang from them thru a little loop on the inside of the tunnel) and 3 earring sets to hang from them. First, I love all of the earrings, they arrived in beautiful and reusable packaging, and look just as nice as in the store pics. The tunnels are also nice, not too narrow or too wide, lightweight, fit at the correct size, and are super smooth and mirror shiny on both sides. Now, I did have one pair of hoops (the ones with aliens crawling on the hoop part) that did not end up hanging correctly, it was too tight of a fit to install thru the loop on the tunnel, and dangle freely as intended, they just stuck in place and wanted to unlatch if they got bumped. But the other two pairs of hoops worked perfectly with the tunnels, and when I reached out to the team to let them know about the issue, they had me send a video of the issue to have their designers take a look at improvements, and are sending me a different design that will hang like it should instead. Excellent customer support!

Poor quality
Nice packaging, but the quality is unfortunetly just not it. I got 2 pairs of earings and 2 septum clickers. 1 clicker doesn't "click" in lock making it unwearable. Same goes for one of ghe earings. Shipping was a bit long. Lastly the sizes do match what it said, but they only have extremely small sizes (not like in the pictures of the models).

Good Quality, Good Experience
I'm from France i placed and order and received it about 1 and half week later witch is quite fast for me. The customer service is really quick and helpfull trying to give the best answer they can. I was asked to send more details and a video of the products with my thoughts on the issues which I will do promptly. Their speedy reply and willingness for improvement is very much appreciated and I would happily reconsider shopping with them again in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW This was my first time buying from Punk Youth. The website was great and very easy to navigate, I had no reason to contact customer service so I cannot comment ok the efficiency. The 4 septum rings I ordered arrived in less than a week from the date I placed my order which was great. They were well packaged and arrived in a beautiful display box. To look at they are gorgeous but none of them solidly click into place and feels like if I were too move them too much they may come loose. I am unsure if I would buy from this company again but this just my opinion as others may have had different experiences.

Good quality, even better customer service
The designs are as good as they look on the website. The customer service is exceptionally quick to response and very helpful. One of my orders did not fit on me and they offered to replace it with another design which I was more than happy to do.
A+ customer service, bad shipping
A couple months ago I made my first purchase from Punk Youth after seeing it advertised in my social media feeds. I hesitated to buy because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with advertisements on social media, and I’d really prefer to support a small business with artisan made jewelry. However, there was a pair of earrings I’d had my eye on for nearly 6 months on clearance, and I couldn’t find a comparable pair elsewhere with a similar price point, so I made the purchase. For whatever reason, my Shop app didn’t import the tracking from my email, and I only found out it was delivered a few days after the fact. When I tried to get the package, I couldn’t find it, and reached out to Punk Youth for delivery photos. They promptly provided me with them, and I was able to determine the package was delivered in an insecure location and likely stolen. Frustrated, I reached back out that the delivery was lousy, and Punk Youth offered to replace the order at no charge. That one arrived without issue, and I LOVE my earrings. I recently placed another order, and nearly the exact events occurred again, except that I was checking the tracking. Again, Punk Youth graciously offered to replace the order. Final verdict for me is that while Punk Youth is in all likelihood just a drop shipping fashion jewelry company, they ARE reputable and provide fantastic customer service. I wish they would use a different shipping partner so tracking and delivery problems were less likely to arise, but I also assume they are locked into a long term contract preventing them from making any immediate changes. Overall a good place to buy fun alternative styles at reasonable prices, and so far everything is holding up.

I’ve ordered multiple items and they were all super cute. One earring didn’t work and I got a video on how to fix it. That didn’t work but I’ve send them a message and got a quick reply, that they will send me the earring again plus the ring I’ve ordered which was too big unfortunately. Very good customer service and they replied quickly to my messages. Would order again.
