We did get a great interest rate however.....Our realtor complained about lack of communication, the process was stressful, but my biggest complaint is the CD that went to the title office where funds get distributed was wrong and we are missing 977$ that they haven’t been able to tell us how we get back. We closed a month ago and still no communication. We also had to contact them in order to get any information on where to make our first mortgage payment. The whole process has been ridiculous I would not recommend them and we wouldn’t use again :(
