I have enjoyed E rewards for years and I am currently applying my points to the Southwest mileage program so I haven’t had to pay much to travel on them. My only complaint is there are so many times I will take the whole survey and then be told I don’t qualify. Also some of the surveys are so repetitious with their questions. Customer service is quick to reply and I am quite happy with them.
