No response to emails, invalid tracking number with wrong carrier
Placed order with DHL shipping, and was given tracking number (with no email notification) for China Post which I specifically wanted to avoid with my order because of the lack of flights to Australia. Tracking number is invalid on all websites except for the service linked to, and my emails as well as a PayPal case have gone ignored, with no response. My case is now with PayPal to see if I can get a refund, as I don't believe my order exists, given the invalid tracking number and wrong carrier. Even if I do receive my order, I think the price paid is too high.
