If I could give zero stars, I would. My order contained a cold-chain product that arrived UNUSABLE 3 months after circling the globe. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and appeared more concerned with protecting profits than resolving the issue or supporting the customer. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I will make sure I never order from this company again.
